About the Role

We are looking for a Transport Supervisor to oversee day-to-day employee transportation operations and ensure that all vehicles, drivers and shifts are managed efficiently, safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet & Vehicle Management

• Monitor the operational condition of buses and other transport vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Ensure vehicles are available and fit for scheduled operations.
• Maintain vehicle-related records and documentation.
• Coordinate with vehicle owners/vendors where applicable.

Shift & Route Management

• Plan and monitor employee transportation shifts.
• Ensure timely deployment of vehicles according to schedules.
• Coordinate route allocation and changes.
• Handle delays, breakdowns and other operational issues.
• Ensure smooth transportation during shift changes.

Driver Management

• Driver onboarding/admission and documentation.
• Verify driver credentials and required documents.
• Monitor driver attendance, discipline and performance.
• Coordinate driver allocation and replacements.
• Ensure drivers follow company safety and operational procedures.

Operations & Reporting

• Monitor daily transportation operations.
• Handle emergencies and operational escalations.
• Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams.
• Maintain daily trip, attendance, vehicle and incident records.
• Prepare operational reports and MIS.

Ideal Candidate

• Good knowledge of transportation operations.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage drivers and multiple vehicles.
• Comfortable working in shifts and handling emergencies.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Prior experience in employee transportation / fleet operations will be preferred.

About the Role

PSM is looking for an experienced Operations Head – Security Services Division to lead and oversee security operations across client locations.

The role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, manpower deployment, client satisfaction, discipline, compliance and overall performance of the Security Services Division.

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations

• Oversee security operations across multiple client sites.
• Ensure deployment of adequate and trained security personnel.
• Establish and monitor site-level SOPs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits.
• Ensure security standards are consistently maintained.

Manpower Management

• Plan manpower requirements and deployment.
• Monitor attendance, discipline and performance.

Client Management

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Ensure timely resolution of complaints and escalations.
• Support business retention and service quality.

Training & Quality

• Ensure security personnel receive required training.
• Conduct drills, briefings and refresher training.
• Monitor grooming, turnout and discipline.
• Implement corrective actions based on audits and incidents.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure operations comply with applicable statutory and contractual requirements.
• Monitor site documentation and registers.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin regarding employee documentation.
• Maintain operational MIS and performance reports.

Business & Operational Growth

• Support expansion of the Security Services Division.
• Participate in manpower planning and costing.
• Assist management in new client mobilization.
• Improve operational efficiency and service quality.
